What is included in the price?

The yacht page shows the whole package: seven nights of yacht hire, skipper, charter pack, deposit insurance and any selected hostess or chef. Pay the whole package to Atlas by bank transfer: 40% after confirmation by Atlas and the charter partner and the completed charter agreement signed by all required parties; the remaining 60% is due twelve weeks before departure, on 12 June 2027. If confirmation happens on or after that date, the whole package is due once those same confirmation and signature conditions are met. Prepaid crew and extras are not charged again at embarkation.

Flights, your own meals and drinks, fuel, water used and additional ports are separate. Refundable security is not part of the trip price. Always review the full breakdown on your yacht page.

Questions about your yacht and DAE

Do we need to fill every berth?
No. Your group books and pays for the whole yacht. Smaller groups can book too, within the permitted capacity.
Do I need a sailing licence?
A professional skipper sails with your DAE group. This booking includes a skipper.
When do I commit?
After signing in, you submit a binding booking request and accept the displayed booking terms. The request is subject to availability confirmation by Atlas and our charter partner.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due now. After Atlas and our charter partner confirm and the signed agreement is complete, pay 40% of the whole package to Atlas. Pay the remaining 60% twelve weeks before departure. Selected extras are included; refundable security is separate. Confirmation within twelve weeks requires full payment.
When do we add our crew to My Trips?
Agree who is coming before booking. After submitting your request, invite that crew by link or add their details manually in My Trips. Invited travellers use their own account and need your approval.
